Strong Public Schools

Our kids deserve public schools with the resources to help them reach their potential. This includes a teacher in every classroom who can connect with and support students. Our business owners and entrepreneurs deserve strong public schools to help them build their workforce and compete. Despite efforts to catch up, our state still underfunds our schools and shortchanges our students and our economy. Suzanne is a public school parent and served on the Tulsa School Board for 8 years. She knows there is no way to build a strong economy without strong schools.

Suzanne will continue to stand up for public schools and the students they serve. She’ll push for policies that address the teacher shortage and will fight policies that seek to dismantle our schools and ship our tax dollars to private schools at the expense of public school students and our economy.

Jobs and the Economy

We have to create an economy with more opportunities for Oklahoma families and businesses to thrive. Although our economy has grown, wages for most Oklahomans have remained too low for too long. That has to change. Suzanne knows that creating opportunities for more people to earn higher wages makes our entire state stronger. That’s why she’ll take her problem solving skills to the State Capitol to work across the aisle to invest in Oklahoma-grown businesses, build the right workforce and drive to support innovation for the economy of the future.

She will always support quality jobs and business opportunities for all Oklahomans.

Rejecting Extremism

Now more than ever, we must reject extremist politics that are divisive and exclusionary while giving the government more power. We have to do better for families by changing policies and ensuring women have the ability to safely take care of themselves and make healthcare decisions together with their doctors. We must reject laws that pit parents against teachers and neighbors against neighbors. Suzanne will find partners who will work against policies that allow this government overreach. People over politics means working on policies that create opportunity and solve problems rather than using policy for political gain and get nothing done for Oklahomans.
